International Application for Membership and Certification

Professional Tennis Registry is a non-profit international certification, education and membership service organization for teaching professionals and coaches. We welcome your application and association with PTR.

At PTR, we aim to give you a maximum of benefits for the most affordable fees. The fee described in the list below includes your certification test, PTR Preparation for Certification DVD, PTR portfolio, magazine subscriptions, annual membership dues and processing fee. The fee is determined by the month in which you join. These amounts include the $100 application fee (non-refundable). Please note that you application submission will not be processed unless payment is received! For countries that are not served by a National Office. For Austria, Germany, Italy and the UK, click on the highlighted country.

* All fees for May through December are for the remainder of the current year and the following year's dues.

Until you complete PTR certification test, you will be listed as a non-tested member for up to one year. As a non-tested member, you will receive full membership benefits. Once you successfully complete all five sections of PTR's test, you will receive your official membership card and membership certificate. Thereafter, your annual membership dues will be $115.
