USA & Canada Application for Membership/Certification

Professional Tennis Registry is a not-for-profit international certification, education and membership service organization for tennis teaching professionals and coaches. We welcome your application and association with PTR.

At PTR, we aim to provide you with maximum benefits for the most affordable fees. The prices below include your certification test, Preparation for Certification DVD, Study Guide, PTR portfolio, magazine subscriptions, annual membership dues and processing. You have the option to purchase at a discount the PTR Instructor's Manual for $17.

Your membership fee is determined by the month in which you join. Your first year's dues are prorated. Effective in 2008, our membership year will be September 1st through August 31st. These amounts include the $100 application fee (non-refundable); they do not include liability insurance or workshop fee. To include the $6 million liability insurance, please add $40 to your total for each year. Please note that your application submission will not be processed unless payment is received!

* By joining in these months, your membership will run until August 31 of the following year.
(1½ Years of Membership)

Until you complete your PTR certification test, you will be listed as a non-tested member for up to one year. As a non-tested member, you will receive full membership benefits. Once you successfully complete all five sections of PTR's test, you will receive your official membership card and membership certificate. In 2008, your annual membership dues will be $135 ($40 optional to renew your liability insurance).
