A valuable membership benefit for our domestic and Canadian members, is the opportunity to purchase the tort, legal liability insurance coverage through the PTR’s Master Policy. This is an option that new members or current members can take for only $40.00 and this is generally done along with payment of your membership fees. The policy has a Sexual Harassment clause as well and has no deductible.

Your coverage goes into effect the next business day. You will receive an official certificate of insurance with your membership materials. By request, your certificate can be emailed the next business day.

If you decide to add the optional insurance anytime during the year, you can do so by contacting the PTR office and your policy will go into effect the day after your payment is processed.

   The coverage is a broad Personal Liability Coverage for tennis activities which includes and applies to teaching, instructing, conditioning, playing, supervising, ball machine exercises, and other similar duties involving the game of Tennis.

   $ 6,000,000 Per Occurrence (Tennis Activities)
   $ 7,000,000 Per Annual Aggregate (Tennis Activities)
   $ 100,000 Sexual Abuse/Molestation Each Occurrence
   $ 100,000 Sexual Abuse/Molestation Annual Aggregate
