PTR on Campus (POC) makes PTR Certification and membership available and affordable. The POC program offers scholarships to college or high-school aged students between the ages of 16-22* whose playing level is 4.0 NTRP or higher. The scholarship is valued at over $200. (*The initial scholarship also applies to students in a Masters Program regardless of age).
The initial cost for a POC member to join PTR is only $197. This includes study materials, a certification workshop of your choice and PTR membership for more than a year.
While the POC Member is currently enrolled in school, they will receive a $100 scholarship towards subsequent membership dues until they are 22 years old.

With many tennis clubs hiring only certified teaching professionals, obtaining a PTR Certification will put you in a strong position to land a teaching position; a small investment with a big payoff for your potential full or part time job. We also offer liability insurance for only $20/year for PTR on Campus members.

Through the education provided by the PTR on Campus program, students who teach tennis can help pay their tuition, supplement their income, or save for the future. In addition, they will be prepared for a full or part time career in tennis if they so choose.
