Hilton Head Island, SC - - During the 2010 Rogers Cup presented by National Bank in Toronto, Tennis Canada announced a three year partnership between the Tennis Professionals Association (TPA) and Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) that will take effect beginning January 2011.

“This partnership is an exciting and momentous occasion that demonstrates both associations’ commitment to growing the game of tennis,” said Ari Novick, Director of Coaching Development, Tennis Canada. “It will contribute to our continued efforts at developing the coaching profession in Canada.”

This partnership will provide additional opportunities for Canadian coaches and professionals by providing Level 2 TPA members with an array of benefits, including subscriptions to TennisPro Magazine and TennisOne, access to PTR educational events, symposia, and additional seminars that will be run in Canada.

Dan Santorum, CEO of PTR commented, “We look forward to providing educational benefits to TPA Level 2 coaches, so they can enhance the tennis experience for their students.”
