You are encouraged to register for the workshop 2-4 weeks in advance. This will allow you time to review the workshop materials. Payment must be submitted with workshop registration. Registrations close 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop - anyone registering after that time is not guaranteed materials at the workshop or the availability to test. Be sure to provide your contact number so that you can be alerted by the workshop leader to any schedule problems arising from weather or other unforeseen situations.
Workshop Cancellations
Cancellations received 10 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a 100% refund or transfer of workshop and/or testing fees.
Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a 50% credit transferred to a future workshop date.
Failure to notify PTR Headquarters of your cancellation prior to the start of the workshop will result in a forfeiture of all fees.
