Iñaki Balzola

Originally from Italy, Iñaki Balzola is the International Director of the PTR, an international tennis teacher’s organization with more than 16,500 members in 127 countries that certifies, educates and services tennis teaching professionals. As a PTR International Clinician and Tester, Iñaki has taught more than 600 Tennis Teachers Certification Workshop in English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish in more than 100 countries. He is a frequent speaker and represents PTR at many International Symposiums including the Annual PTR International Symposium, USTA Annual Tennis Teachers Conference in NY, ITF Worldwide Coaches Conference, ITF Annual Meeting (AGM) and has spoken in Regional Symposiums in Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Colombia, China, Dominican Republic, Italy, Egypt, Paraguay, Mexico and Peru. He is also an annual speaker representing PTR at the ATP/WTA Professional Course. He is also a USTA High Performance Coach, Cardio Tennis International Speaker and Etcheberry International Clinician. He has written articles for TennisPro, Tennis in Spanish, Tennis Italiano and other tennis publications.

Ken DeHart

Ken DeHart, San Jose, California, is a Charter Member and former Executive Director of the organization. He is PTR International Master Professional and Clinician. DeHart was named PTR Professional of the Year twice. Currently, he is Director of Player Development at Alameda Valley Athletic Club. DeHart co-wrote the International Book of Drills with Dennis Van der Meer, has had numerous articles published in tennis magazines, and produces seven coaching DVDs. A coach and a player, DeHart has earned gold medals in the South Bay Senior Games and the Huntsman World Senior Tennis Games. Ken is a frequent speaker at many coaches conventions in the USA, during the Australian Open, US Open and at events in China, Canada, Mexico and Japan.

Elizma Nortje

As a High Performance Mental Toughness Specialist, Elizma is working with ATP players, college players and many junior players worldwide. She is also working at Tim Mayotte's Academy in Boston as their Mental Toughness Specialist. In addition, Elizma is partnering with one of the world’s most renown cognitive neuroscientists, Dr Caroline Leaf, to help athletes with up-to-date scientific research and practical insights to reach their full potential. She worked as a Head Coach and Mental Training Director at Van der Meer World Class Academy. Born in Namibia, Elizma played for South Africa as a junior. After graduating from United States International University, in San Diego, California, where she played on a tennis scholarship, Elizma competed on the WTA Tour for eight years. She began her coaching career by earning ITF Level 3 High Performance and PTR Professional certifications. The Founder and Head Coach of the Pro Tennis Academy, Elizma also served as a Fed Cup Captain and Coach, an ITF traveling coach, and was President of the Namibian Tennis Federation. With her multi-faceted wealth of tennis experience, Elizma brings her passion for the game to help players, coaches and parents to become their very best!

Oivind Sorvald

Oivind Sorvald is currently the Director of High Performance and Education at the Norwegian Tennis Federation. Sorvald is a level 3 coach licensed by the Nor wegian Tennis Federation. From 1981 till 1993 Sor vald was an agent for Prince Rackets. In the nineties he was Director of the Van der Meer Tennis facility in Lakeland Florida. Before landing his current role, Sorvald held the position of Tennis Director at the Oslo tennis club in Norway and succeeded that with the position of Tennis Director at the National Tennis center in Oslo, Nor way. He currently also works with Casper Ruud ranked ATP #53.

Jorge Capestany

A PTR International Master Professional, Jorge is one of only a handful of coaches who are both PTR and USPTA Master Professionals. He is also a certified Mental Toughness Specialist through Human Performance Institute. He is the first Director of the Hope College Professional Tennis Management (PTM) program, and is responsible for the creation of the curriculum and teaching the tennis related classes. PTM programs allow college students to study tennis and get a regular college degree. At Hope College, the major is exercise science and PTM students will graduate as certified teaching professionals prepared for a job in the tennis industr y. A s a personal tennis coach in Michigan, Jorge has developed more than 180 high school State Tennis Champions. In addition, Jorge is an author and entrepreneur with se veral web based ventures, including TennisDrills.tv that has thousands of coach subscribers in 65 counties, and JorgeCapestany.com featuring video lessons for players of all levels. Jorge is a sought aer speaker who presents at the most prestigious national and international tennis conferences. His service to the industr y is equally impressive. Jorge has served as Chair of the PTR Education Committee, Chair of USTA National 10 & Under Committee, President of USTA West Michigan District, and USPTA Midwest Division President . Jorge was also one of the original Cardio Tennis team, delivering workshops and training coaches in Cardio Tennis. Jorge continues to ser ve as a USTA Faculty member, is on the Wilson Premiere Speakers Team, and serves as a consultant to many tennis clubs. A USPTA Midwest Hall of Fame inductee, in 2015, Jorge was named organization’s Professional of the Year and was awarded the TIA/PTR Commitment to the Industr y Award.

Michele Krause

Michele Krause is the Global Director of inTENNSity fitness. InTENNSity fitness is a group fitness class maximizing ideal heart rate training through the vehicle of tennis. It is a standardized unique experience with new releases approximately every 2 months. Prior to her current role she was the Global Education Director for Cardio Tennis for 15 years. She co-founded the Cardio Tennis program in 2005 and under her leadership it became a global product and it was the only tennis program in the US showing continuous and significant year aer year growth. Michele is an experienced international speaker and trainer who has presented at industry e vents all over the world (IHRSA, ITA, ITF, LTA, PBI, PTR, USPTA, USTA, Tennis Australia, TOM conference), and has delivered over 500 educational courses to tennis and fitness professionals. Michele has been featured on the Tennis Channel’s “One Minute Clinics” and “On court with USPTA” as well as NBC’s “the Biggest Loser”. She has implemented the “Get Fit Wichita” and “Million Calorie burn” special events. Michele is a PTR and USPTA tennis professional who managed tennis facilities throughout the US for over 16 years. She is certified in TRX Suspension Training, Combine 360, Pat Etcheberr y and RacquetFit . Michele received the TIA/PTR Industr y Excellence award in 2012, the Tennis Industr y Ser vice award in 2018, and the USPTA Florida Pro of the Year award in 2018.

Margie Zesinger

Margie Zesinger is currently the Head of Female Tennis at IMG Academy where she has been coaching alongside Nick Bollettieri since 2003. During her career, Margie has coached world juniors ranked #1 and in the top 10, some of whom have gone on to win Eddie Herr, Orange Bowl and Junior Grand Slam titles. She has experience coaching junior females through their pro careers, helping them win their first professional titles and reaching their career highs in WTA rankings. Margie has also worked with female players who have won NCAA Division I singles titles. She has also coached full-time at the ITF pro-circuit level and the WTA tour and has worked alongside some of the best American junior females at the USTA and Team USA National camps.
